Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for use of the SaaS service "[Service Name]" (the "Service") provided by the Company. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings defined below:
(1) User: An individual or entity that uses the Service
(2) User Data: Data input or registered by the User in the Service(3) Content: Information such as text, images, and video (4) Intellectual Property Rights: Copyrights, patent rights, etc.
