We maintain the following standards to ensure data security.
We use different security-level environments based on the sensitivity of the information entrusted to us. Highly confidential information is processed in environments meeting stricter security standards.
When processing highly confidential information, we use environments where data does not persist with the service provider after processing is complete (zero data retention), as needed.
The AI services we use are selected based on contracts and settings that prohibit input data from being used for model training. Your information will never become AI training material.
We select AI services with appropriate technical safeguards including encrypted communications, access controls, and audit logging, tailored to the nature of each engagement.
PRICING
We will recommend the optimal plan based on your company's size and needs.
All plans are flat monthly fees, so you never need to worry about per-consultation costs.
The retainer fees shown below are for English-language legal services, which include bilingual attorney communication, English document preparation, and cross-cultural legal support. These rates are higher than our standard Japanese-language retainer fees to reflect the additional expertise and time required. All prices shown include tax.
